The Descendants is a wonderful story of human strength and the endurance of the mind. Rayah must go through a lot of pain at the hands of Artemis one of the academy professors who wishes to enslave her. Her inner struggles with who she believes and what she ultimately will be , helps get her through her pain. And wanting to free her mother from slavery helps to keep her trying gain her dormant powers. Am looking forward to the next installment.
