This is not your typical Academy story. Rayah is a null in a school full of children with powers and they hate her for it. But, Rayah has a lot to learn about herself and the powers she desperately craves and only has eight months to develop them or she lives a life as a slave. The writing in the book is very detailed and gives a lot of information in the first part, but stick with it and it will begin making sense.
